Thunder Run is the annual, multi-airport exercise to demonstrate the ability of general aviation to assist with distribution of food and supplies across the Pacific Northwest. If ever there was an emergency, such as an earthquake along the Cascadia Subduction Zone destroying roads to a region, the general aviation community will be prepared to assist if necessary.
As part of the exercise, we partner with food banks to distribute donated food and goods across the Pacific Northwest.
